Per apartment per week € 28.00 from 08/05–12/06 and 19/09–18/10, € 35.00 from 13/06–19/06 and 12/09–18/09, € 49.00 from 20/06–26/06 and 29/08–04/09, € 63.00 from 27/06–17/07, € 77,00 nel periodo 22/08-28/08, € 84.00 from 18/07–07/08, € 98.00 from 08/08–21/08.

Rates include: rental of the apartment and use of the swimming pool.

Rates do not include: utilities and final cleaning (compulsory) to be paid on arrival.

Utilities: € 70.00 per week per person, for water, gas, electricity, linen (bed/bathroom: 1 set bed linen and 2 sets bathroom linen per person per week, kitchen linen not provided). Complimentary beach towels. Children from 0-23 months free.

Final cleaning: € 75.00 for one-room and one bedroom apartment, € 80.00 two bedroom apartment 5, two bedroom apartment 6 and two bedroom apartment Special, € 90.00 for two bedroom apartment 6 Plus and two bedroom apartment Beach. Fridge, kitchenware and cooking area are to be left clean on departure. Failure to do so will result in € 70.00 being deducted from the deposit.

Obligatory deposit of € 150.00 per apartment to be paid on arrival (refundable on departure).

Midweek cleaning (optional) to ask and pay for on site: € 50.00 one-room and one bedroom apartment and € 55.00 for two bedroom apartment 5, two bedroom apartment 6 and two bedroom apartment Special, € 60.00 for two bedroom apartment 6 Plus and two bedroom apartment Beach.
